Bertram Capital, a private equity firm headquartered in San Mateo, California, announced three promotions to Partner, coinciding with the closing of the firm’s second fund, Bertram Growth Capital II, with $500 million in limited partner commitments. Jared Ruger, Kevin Yamashita and David Hellier were promoted to Partner from Vice President.
“The promotions reflect the leadership Jared, Kevin and David have provided as our firm has successfully grown from our initial fund”, said Jeff Drazan, Managing Partner. “In a challenging market, these professionals have enabled Bertram Capital to quickly distinguish itself as an innovative private equity firm.”
