Spectrio is a customer engagement company specializing in digital signage and supporting solutions to directly connect a brand’s messaging to its end users. The company offers on-hold messaging, digital signage, interactive kiosks, Wi-Fi marketing, in-store music and scent marketing to businesses of all sizes.
Bertram Capital acquired Tampa, FL based customer engagement company Spectrio in September of 2017 and deployed its value creation strategy, the Bertram High 5sm to grow the company’s top line, place executive hires, and build a cloud platform which allowed Bertram to add 11 add-ons to Spectrio during its hold period. Bertram expanded Spectrio’s services to included digital signage and grew EBITDA by 2.45x before completing a majority recapitalization with private equity firm, The Jordan Company in December 2020.
