Brian focuses primarily on Business Services and Aerospace investments.  Prior to Bertram, Brian worked at Arsenal Capital Partners where he focused on middle-market leveraged buyouts. Previously, Brian was with Oliver Wyman (Formerly Mercer Management Consulting) where he developed new business strategies for Fortune 500 companies.  Brian has spent a significant amount of time working with companies in defense and commercial aviation, and has expertise in general business and industrial services across multiple industries.
