following industry and size parameters. Because the firm is not dependant on third party
financing, we are uniquely positioned to execute transactions in a timely manner with a high
degree of certainty. To date, Bertram Capital has been successful in closing all of our platform
transactions and nearly all of our add-on acquisitions within 30 days of signing the LOI.
